About The Position

AlphaPoint is a financial technology company powering digital asset exchanges and brokerages worldwide. Through its secure, scalable, and customizable white label digital asset trading platform, AlphaPoint has enabled over 150 customers in 35 countries to launch and operate digital asset markets, as well as digitize assets. AlphaPoint and its award-winning blockchain technology have helped startups and institutions discover and execute their blockchain strategies since 2013. Position Overview AlphaPoint has set up an AI Lab to rapidly prototype and develop AI-focused applications. We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and performance-driven Growth Marketer to help promote and develop marketing strategies for the lab’s prototypes and products. You will design, launch, and scale creative campaigns across both digital and non-digital channels; test and refine growth hypotheses; and use data and intuition to drive user and revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment and has a proven track record of driving rapid user and revenue growth.

Requirements

Meaningful hands-on experience (2–5+ years) driving growth through guerrilla, digital, and product marketing; you have conceived and shipped campaigns that moved the needle.
Proven track record of owning and executing creative and successful marketing campaigns, measuring impact, and iterating to drive user and revenue growth.
You combine data-driven decision making with strong creative intuition.
Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline and enhance every aspect of the marketing process.
Excited to test and implement novel marketing strategies and unproven channels; resourceful in discovering and implementing new tools and products.
Technically inclined tinkerer, comfortable with marketing automation (skills: n8n, Zapier, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling copy and narratives and own the content creation process.
Skilled at creating marketing collateral: decks, one pagers, landing pages, etc.; collaborating with design to produce high-quality assets.
Fluency with analytics and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
Deep understanding of organic growth levers like SEO, social, and community plus paid acquisition; hands-on experience with performance marketing across channels.
Startup mindset; agile, resourceful, data-obsessed, and outcome-driven.

Nice To Haves

Experience in B2B SaaS / Crypto / AI growth
Experience in CRO and UX optimization
Prior involvement in viral, referral, or community‑led growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, execution, and iteration of innovative and scalable growth programs across known and emerging channels.
Identify and execute new growth opportunities (partnerships, influencer campaigns, referral programs, etc.).
Explore and experiment with emerging platforms, communities, and distribution channels such as Reddit, Discord, YouTube, events, and out-of-home to reach new audiences.
Design, run, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, and messaging.
Build dashboards, track core growth metrics, interpret performance data, and turn insights into action to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate within AI Labs product, engineering, and design teams to drive user engagement and retention.
Stay ahead of growth trends, emerging platforms, and competitor tactics; continually iterate on your playbook based on new learnings.
