We’re now looking for an ambitious Growth Marketer to lead our commercial growth in North America - a critical market for the business. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to own regional marketing execution and directly influence pipeline and revenue. The Growth Marketer will be the voice and engine of marketing in North America. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline that translates into revenue, working closely with the US sales team and reporting directly to our VP of Marketing. You’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy, grow brand presence, and expand our US footprint in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is an individual contributor role with high ownership (not a people-management position), ideal for someone who wants real accountability, visibility, and impact. You’ll turn strategy into fully executed, data-driven, AI-powered campaigns across every touchpoint. From ABM and personalized outreach to community growth and automation, you’ll be the engine behind our GTM execution in the region. This role is for a doer with brains - someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, storytelling, and GTM systems. 📍 Ideally based in the US East Coast (or overlapping hours). What success looks like In your first 6-12 months, success in this role looks like: Consistent, measurable pipeline contribution in North America A fully operational ABM motion aligned with sales on Tier 1 enterprise accounts Clear attribution and reporting from campaigns → pipeline → revenue Strong brand presence and engagement within the North American CX community
