About The Position
Aretum is seeking a Sr. Financial Management Business Analyst - Lead. As a Sr. Financial Management Business Analyst - Lead you will support the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate Spend Plan Management, IAA oversight, financial data reporting, and multi-year budget support aligned with a complex shared-cost model. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years federal IT financial management experience
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree)
- Strong understanding of shared cost models and financial data calls
- Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems
- Public Trust Eligibility Required
- U.S. citizens are eligible for this position.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination
Responsibilities
- Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning
- Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics
- Ensures timely updates to the Financial Database and related reporting
- Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking
