About The Position

Aretum is seeking a Sr. Financial Management Business Analyst - Lead. As a Sr. Financial Management Business Analyst - Lead you will support the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate Spend Plan Management, IAA oversight, financial data reporting, and multi-year budget support aligned with a complex shared-cost model. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Requirements

5+ years federal IT financial management experience
Bachelor’s degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree)
Strong understanding of shared cost models and financial data calls
Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems
U.S. citizens only due to federal contract requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination

Responsibilities

Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning
Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics
Ensures timely updates to the Financial Database and related reporting
Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking
