About The Position

The Sr. Financial Analyst is a key member of OneOncology’s Finance organization and reports to the Manager, FP&A. The role supports financial planning, forecasting, headcount management, and analysis. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, critical-thinking instincts, and effective communication skills, and can work with a customer-centric approach in a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently, project management skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attendance is an essential job function.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other financial systems.
• Experience with AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage corporate budget, forecast, and headcount models in collaboration with department leads to set targets and goals.
• Provide monthly reporting to department leaders, including variances to plan and forecast.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of company-wide strategic investments and initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including Board-level reporting.
• Assist with developing and implementing standard processes to improve the FP&A team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with the corporate accounting team to increase visibility into budget and forecast and help enable a timely month-end close process.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to help advance the company’s mission.
