As a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, you will lead the monthly and annual financial planning processes for Target’s Middle Mile Transportation and Headquarters Managed Field (HQMF) businesses, including Long-Range Planning, Goal, Forecast, and Actuals. You will also provide strategic financial insights and decision support to Transportation leadership by: Evaluating the financial and operational impacts of Middle Mile and HQMF strategies, identifying opportunities to optimize cost, service, and network performance. Developing financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support complex, capital-intensive Transportation investments and strategic initiatives. Partnering cross-functionally across other enterprise teams to evaluate financial trade-offs and influence strategic business decisions. Translating operational and financial performance into actionable insights, connecting near-term results with longer-term risks, opportunities, and business priorities. This role will partner with a broad set of stakeholders across Target and requires strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and highly cross-functional business. A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to synthesize complex information, develop compelling financial recommendations, influence decisions through strong partnerships, and balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution of core FP&A responsibilities.
