About The Position

As a Senior Finance Analyst at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Your work will help shape financial strategies and ensure efficient resource allocation in support of business objectives. You will report directly to the Finance Director and work from the Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid schedule. The role supports the financial performance of the Avionics GBE through accurate forecasts, trend analysis, and actionable insights that promote business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Experience with financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel and ERP systems.
Must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
