About The Position

As a Sr. Finance Analyst at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, help shape financial strategies, and ensure resources are efficiently allocated to meet business objectives. You will contribute to the financial performance of the Aero business unit by delivering accurate forecasts, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency. The position reports to the Sr. Finance Manager and is based in Phoenix, Arizona, on a hybrid schedule. External hires work onsite for their first 90 days before transitioning to a 3-days-onsite, 2-days-hybrid schedule.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in finance or related roles.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards.
Familiarity with financial software and tools, including Excel and ERP systems.
Must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or an individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
