About The Position

As a Sr. Finance Analyst at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, help shape financial strategies, and support efficient resource allocation. You will contribute to the financial performance of the Avionics GBE by delivering accurate forecasts, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency. The role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, on a hybrid work schedule and reports directly to the Finance Director.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel and ERP systems.
• Must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or an individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
