About The Position

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support vehicle repairs. The role calls for a collaborative, team-oriented individual who can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Technicians perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers and in the field, including customer homes and businesses. The role also includes customer communication, parts operations, repair documentation, road tests, service campaigns, and ongoing technical training. Candidates may be assessed across the stated technical skill spectrum to determine the level appropriate to their expertise.
