About The Position

As a Sr Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will provide high-level technical support and service to customers to ensure optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians. The role supports efficient and reliable service operations, customer satisfaction, and business growth through high standards of service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Shift work may be required.

• Experience with PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings, including electronic and mechanical schematics, and diagnostic tools such as a multimeter and laptop.
• Follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment, including Lock Out/Tag Out and Arc Flash procedures; help ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on equipment and in the shop according to safety and quality procedures. Equipment may include pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, and electronic and electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up with customers on resolutions.
• Work overtime and cover multiple shifts when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
