About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable, adaptable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the EVP of HR Business Partners at Citizens Bank. This role is a critical partner in enabling an EVP and HRBP team to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment. The position goes beyond traditional administrative support, with a strong focus on organization, confidentiality, preparation, and adaptability—ensuring priorities stay aligned and work continues to move forward amid an environment of change. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to flex quickly, reprioritize, and operate comfortably in ambiguity, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and execution.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP+), preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Westwood, MA or Johnston, RI
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, adjusting to shifting priorities and protecting time for highest-value work
  • Anticipate needs and proactively adjust schedules and plans as priorities evolve
  • Ensure the leader is prepared for meetings and engagements with the right materials and context
  • Help organize and align work across a broad set of priorities and initiatives
  • Maintain visibility into key deliverables, actions, and follow-ups to ensure continuity
  • Support coordination across multiple stakeholders, teams, and workstreams
  • Prepare agendas, supporting materials, and meeting summaries as needed
  • Ensure meetings are well-organized, with clear inputs and follow-through
  • Track actions and next steps to help maintain momentum
  • Support leader with creation of clear, well-structured summaries and talking points
  • Translate inputs into organized, easy-to-consume formats
  • Operate effectively in an environment where priorities shift frequently
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in responding to changing demands
  • Maintain organization and forward progress even with limited direction or evolving clarity
  • Manage travel, logistics, expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness and approval requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization and ways of working
  • Support ongoing data management and compliance-related activities for the HRBP team, including maintaining, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy in alignment with established standards and requirements
  • Handle highly sensitive employee and organizational information with discretion
