About The Position

The Sr Executive Assistant role is a pivotal position within Searchlight Pictures, providing high-level administrative support to the President of Searchlight Pictures. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, resourceful, and flexible approach.
  • Enthusiasm for film and television, particularly specialty/arthouse films.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a Studio, Production Company, Literary or Talent Agency.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Concur, and other enterprise tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling and confirming meetings internally and externally.
  • Handle phone calls, roll calls, take notes, and maintain an updated phone sheet.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics for the executive and talent.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and food stocks.
  • Help coordinate screenings, events, and internal initiatives
  • Develop and maintain familiarity with all ongoing projects within the company.
  • Liaise with executives, talent, and other assistants both internally and externally.
  • Support departmental projects, including maintaining organizational documents, grids, databases, and preparing agendas and memos for leadership meetings.
  • Represent the President's office professionally and uphold confidentiality at all times.
