Selective Insurance is recruiting for a Sr. Executive Assistant to supoprt our Chief Human Resources Officer. This role provides trusted, high-impact support to the CHRO and other executive leaders, serving as an extension of the executive and enabling effective decision-making and execution. Manages complex, highly confidential matters requiring sound judgment, discretion, and business acumen. Oversees the preparation and coordination of executive-level materials, communications, and workflows aligned to organizational priorities. Proactively synthesizes, analyzes, and communicates information across the executive’s areas of responsibility, anticipating needs and resolving issues before escalation. Acts as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, handling all interactions with professionalism and diplomacy.
