Reporting directly to a Chief‑level Executive or Senior Leadership Team member, the Senior Executive Assistant (Project Administration Focus) is a key partner to senior leadership designed for a proactive, analytical, and technically capable professional. This position goes well beyond traditional support and requires the ability to independently manage complex priorities, produce and interpret executive‑level reports, and drive key initiatives forward. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders—anticipating needs, proactively identifying solutions, and providing informed recommendations.
