Gong is looking for a senior event marketing leader to own and evolve Gong's third-party event strategy. This role is responsible for building a best-in-class portfolio of industry conferences, sponsorships, programs, and activations that generate and accelerate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate Gong's brand. This is a strategic, high-visibility role that requires equal parts strategic planning, business acumen and operational excellence. You'll define where Gong invests, build scalable event strategies aligned to GTM priorities, influence senior stakeholders, negotiate high-value partnerships, and deliver flawless execution from planning through post-event measurement. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong executive influence, and an unwavering commitment to delivering world-class experiences that drive measurable business impact.
