About The Position
We are seeking a Sr. ETL Tester with 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing. The role requires hands-on experience with Databricks and data validation, strong SQL skills for complex queries and data reconciliation, and experience testing ETL pipelines and large datasets. A good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL methodologies is essential. The candidate should also have experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are required. This is a W2 only position, and candidates must be local to Princeton, NJ, as an in-person interview is required.
