About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience for a hybrid role in Spring, TX. This position requires strong hands-on experience in network routing and switching, data center networking, and SD-WAN. Expertise in Juniper and Cisco technologies is essential, along with a deep understanding of carrier and routing protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing highly available networks, excellent client relationship and documentation skills, and the ability to learn new technologies independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Network Routing and Switching, including design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operations.
• Strong experience with Data Center Networking technologies, including Spine-Leaf architecture, data center fabric, and high-availability solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise with Juniper networking technologies.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and operating Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, and Arista switches and routers.
• Strong experience in network design and implementation, including routing, switching, data center connectivity, migrations, upgrades, and network optimization.
• Expert knowledge of Carrier Technologies, including BGP, VRF-Lite, IS-IS, MPLS, BFD, CCC, GRE, and RSVP.
• Expert knowledge of Routing Protocols, including iBGP, OSPF, VRRP, VARP, HSRP, and PBR.
• Experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable enterprise/data center networks.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent documentation skills using Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies and products independently using technical documentation and online resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and multiple deliverables.
