About The Position

Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference as a Sr. Enterprise Business Partner. This important role will analyze business needs to improve operations and manage efforts to implement and sustain benefit realization. This role plans and executes projects, as well as identifies and documents business requirements and recommends solutions in coordination with business partners and organization-wide standards for project and analysis outcomes. Virginia Housing is one of the nation’s leading housing finance agencies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in operations, finance, or other fields requiring structured analysis and execution
  • Several years’ experience developing and executing successful cross-functional efforts from beginning through completion, preferably a minimum of 7 years
  • Knowledge of various business analysis, decision support, and project management standards and frameworks
  • Superior teamwork skills, commitment, flexibility, self-motivation, self-confidence, positive attitude and diplomatic assertiveness
  • Experience with contract administration, management of construction/facilities or other operational projects required
  • Experience in client-facing, customer-oriented roles required
  • Both Waterfall and Agile methodology experience required
  • Must live and work within the Commonwealth of Virginia
