CrowdStrike Falcon Host includes a sensor installed on client machines and a cloud component. The sensor observes system activity, detects and prevents malicious behavior, and sends telemetry to the cloud, where activity is correlated across a customer’s network and threats are prioritized. The Sr. Engineering Manager will build and lead a team delivering an integrated set of AI capabilities on CrowdStrike’s next-generation sensor platform across Windows, macOS, and Linux. The role owns the endpoint AI roadmap, including operationalizing machine-learning models, building data pipelines, and delivering efficient on-device inference. The manager partners with data science, cloud, and sensor platform teams to turn research into shipped products. The role has ownership of major components and development projects, as well as hiring, training, and growing the team. It includes helping architect and implement core features that may cross operating-system subsystems and share components across platforms. The manager is expected to lead projects efficiently while maintaining high standards for performance, cost, design, coding quality, and testing. The position is part of the CTIO team, which defines and executes CrowdStrike’s technology vision and strategy and oversees the Falcon platform’s development and evolution. Employment in Canada requires maintaining legal entitlement to work in Canada. Applicants advancing in the hiring process are subject to background checks, which may include criminal record, credit, and reference checks.
