About The Position

CrowdStrike’s CTIO team defines and executes the company’s technology vision and strategy, driving innovation and the development of the Falcon platform. The team delivers sensor innovation across Windows, macOS, and Linux. The Falcon sensor runs on client machines, observes system activity, recognizes malicious behavior, provides on-device prevention, and sends telemetry to the Falcon cloud. The Engineering Manager will lead a team working on Windows user-mode security architecture, where reliability, performance, and resource footprint are critical. The role owns major team components and development projects, supports architecture and implementation of features spanning operating-system subsystems, and helps train and grow team members. The manager is responsible for leading projects efficiently, maximizing performance, minimizing costs, and maintaining high standards for design, code quality, and testing.
