The Sr. Director, Strategic Partnerships & Growth is an external facing growth leader responsible for advancing Archimedes’ largest and most strategically important commercial opportunities. Reporting directly to the SVP, Chief Growth Officer, this role operates at the intersection of Archimedes sales, strategic partnerships, and solution development. The Sr. Director leads Archimedes’ largest and most complex growth opportunities, defined by scale, strategic importance, customization, or multi-party partnership structures. The Sr. Director focuses on opportunities that do not conform to standard sales motions, including, but not limited to, jumbo health plans, national payer organizations, complex employer arrangements, and ecosystem-based partnerships. These opportunities typically involve senior executive engagement, nonstandard commercial structures, and close coordination across clinical, analytics, product, and operations teams.
