About The Position
Genpact is seeking a Sr. Director - SCM Advisory to lead the delivery of complex supply chain advisory projects. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, driving digital enablement, and ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will engage with client leadership to understand business challenges and collaboratively develop actionable supply chain strategies across procurement, logistics, and planning. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, stakeholder communication, and ensuring quality outcomes. The role also involves contributing to solution development by incorporating industry best practices, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies. Additionally, the Sr. Director will support account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing engagements and assisting in proposal development. Mentoring mid-level consultants and managers to develop their skills in supply chain strategy, analytics, and client engagement is a key aspect of this position. Ensuring adherence to delivery standards, risk protocols, and compliance requirements across all advisory engagements is also critical.
