Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of People Advisory strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage large-scale workforce transformation and change management projects to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies that enable organizational agility and growth.
  • Oversee organizational impact assessments and risk analyses to inform change interventions and workforce planning.
  • Implement leadership development, talent management, and succession planning programs to build organizational capability.
  • Monitor program effectiveness using data-driven metrics and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve People Advisory services.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to business leaders on complex people and change challenges to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage and develop high-performing People Advisory teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
