About The Position

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Director - SCM Advisory to lead the delivery of complex supply chain advisory projects. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, enabling digital transformation, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will engage with client leadership to understand business challenges and collaboratively develop actionable supply chain strategies across procurement, logistics, and planning. This position involves managing cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution, clear stakeholder communication, and high-quality outcomes. The role also contributes to solution development by incorporating industry best practices, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies. Additionally, the Sr. Director will support account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing engagements and assisting in proposal development. Mentoring mid-level consultants and managers to develop their skills in supply chain strategy, analytics, and client engagement is a key aspect of this role. Ensuring adherence to delivery standards, risk protocols, and compliance requirements across all advisory engagements is also expected.
