The Senior Director of Presales and Solutions is a strategic leader who plays a critical role in the end to end sales process, partnering closely with sales, operations, finance and executive leadership to design winning, client-centric solutions. This role is responsible for translating complex client needs and opportunity gaps into compelling, data driven, enterprise level solutions across multi tower RCM outsourcing engagements. The Senior Director ensure that solutions not only meet client requirements but also align with the organizations long term financial, operational, and growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, executive presence and the ability to drive complex solutioning initiatives from discovery through deal close.
