Hiring Immediately: Victory Home Remodeling is seeking a Senior Director of People Operations—a strategic and operational leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the full employee experience across a rapidly growing organization. This role will own and elevate all core HR functions—including People Operations, HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Compliance, Compensation, and People Systems—while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and Leadership to drive growth from 500 to 1,000+ employees over the next 24 months. You will architect the systems, structure, and culture needed to support a $100M business scaling to $250M+ within 24 months, ensuring that as we grow, we do so with intention, excellence, and a people-first mindset. This role serves as the senior-most People Operations leader, with full ownership over HR strategy, infrastructure, and execution across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-location service businesses preferred.
  • Experience scaling a company from ~300–500 employees to 1,000+ strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, compensation, and organizational design.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to revenue and growth goals.
  • Experience operating in multi-state environments, in the Northeast / Southeast

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a scalable People Operations strategy aligned to aggressive company growth targets.
  • Advance PO infrastructure (policies, systems, workflows) that supports doubling headcount without sacrificing culture or performance.
  • Partner with executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and long-term people strategy.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives tied to growth, structure, and performance evolution.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on performance management, organizational effectiveness, and team health.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team.
  • Drive consistency and excellence across all regions and departments.
  • Own employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
  • Develop programs that improve engagement, retention, and performance across all roles.
  • Partner with PX (People Experience) to reinforce Victory’s culture across mind, body, and soul.
  • Refine performance management systems tied to company OKRs.
  • Refine org designs and roadmaps tied to company OKRs.
  • Drive accountability, clarity, and development across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent.
  • Evolve competitive compensation structures aligned with Northeast market benchmarks in exterior home remodeling.
  • Oversee benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness and employee value.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state and local employment laws across the company landscape.
  • Own HRIS and people data strategy to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as retention, engagement, performance, and organizational health.
  • Use data to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
