Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Sr. Director, Total Rewards & People Operations will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards, HR Operations, HRIS, and workforce analytics capabilities. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, Legal and business leadership to ensure compensation, benefits, employee mobility, HR systems and people operations are aligned with company strategy and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a true builder role requiring someone who can operate both strategically and tactically – building scalable programs while also driving execution and operational excellence.
