Intradeco serves as the exclusive apparel and headwear Licensee and as we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic and hands on sales leader to execute the sales strategy, expand distribution, and lead a high-performing sales rep team, while taking our brand to new heights. The Senior Director of Sales will be responsible for driving growth across key distribution channels, including specialty retail, sporting goods, and outdoor retailers. This leader will take a hands-on approach to direct account management, building strong relationships with key retail partners and identifying opportunities to expand the business through strategic assortments, compelling product storytelling, and white space opportunities within the marketplace. The role will also lead and support a network of independent sales representatives, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and alignment with brand objectives. This role requires travel to accounts, trade shows, and market trips. Approximately 30-50% travel.
