About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic marketing leader to oversee product marketing for Qualcomm’s Data Center business unit. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise and a proven ability to drive integrated marketing strategies across complex technology portfolios. This position is not eligible for Qualcomm immigration sponsorship. Position requires to be onsite in San Diego, 5 days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 11+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in semiconductors, data centers, or cloud technologies.
  • Proven leadership in product marketing.
  • Ability to understand and develop marketing messaging and campaigns for complex semiconductor, software and services technologies.
  • Strategic thinking with a track record of driving impactful technology marketing initiatives.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with experience managing large-scale marketing programs.
  • Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and executive teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution for the Data Center BU, aligning with BU leadership and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns that span product launches, thought leadership, and partner engagement.
  • Drive development of differentiated messaging and positioning for diverse audiences including customers, partners, analysts, and media.
  • Manage cross-functional marketing teams and foster collaboration across BUs and corporate functions.
  • Represent marketing in BU leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning and business reviews.
  • Oversee creation of high-impact marketing assets including presentations, demos, collateral, and digital content.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and budget utilization.
