About The Position

The Senior Director of Marketing Program Management serves as the operating backbone of Tubi’s global Marketing organization and reports directly to the CMO. The role builds and stewards the operating model for planning, resourcing, funding, sequencing, and delivering marketing programs and go-to-market efforts across marketing functions and international markets. This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco or Los Angeles office, with required travel to an office two days per week. The stated annual pay range for high-cost labor markets, including Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco, is $201,800–$288,300. For salaried/exempt employees, Tubi offers flexible time off. Full-time regular employees are eligible for a parental leave program providing 12 weeks of paid bonding leave, and a monthly wellness reimbursement.
