Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years managing paid search campaigns such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Minimum 5 years executing SEO strategies and optimization initiatives.
  • At least 3 years implementing SEO and SEM programs within a B2B solution based business.
  • Minimum 3 years working with WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing analytics and performance reporting.
  • Strong performance marketing and SEM optimization expertise.
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategy and organic search growth.
  • Experience optimizing digital content for modern AI driven search platforms.
  • Comfort working with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects and results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI search visibility and LLM optimization is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical B2B markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Implement LLM and AI search optimization strategies to improve visibility within AI generated search responses and modern search platforms.
  • Generate consistent Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Manage and improve website content, landing pages, and digital assets using WordPress or a similar CMS platform.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth and pipeline development.
  • Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance using key marketing metrics including: Cost Per Click Cost Per Lead Cost Per Acquisition Marketing Qualified Leads Sales Qualified Leads Marketing Generated Revenue
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
