Sr. Developer, AI and Agentforce
About The Position
As a Sr. Developer on the AI Acceleration team at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, you will deliver high-quality, scalable AI-powered solutions across Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360, as well as emerging AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce ecosystem. You will build Agentforce agents and automations, architect data foundations, prototype emerging AI capabilities, and develop Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). You will work with project teams and engage directly with customers to shape solutions for strategic and forward-looking initiatives. The role may involve working with platforms such as AWS and GCP, and exploring technologies that are not yet mainstream in Salesforce practice. Travel of up to 25% for customer projects and company events is expected. The position offers remote and in-person work options. Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Apex, coding patterns, and best practices.
- Strong foundation in software development principles, programming fundamentals, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and source tracking with Git.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems through REST APIs.
- Experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360.
- Experience building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
- Curiosity about and hands-on experimentation with AI technologies beyond core Salesforce, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or emerging tools.
- Ability to learn new technical skills quickly to solve business problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Data 360 capabilities, including unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution.
- Experience with Agentforce Agent Script (next-generation authoring).
- Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, or Claude Certified Architect.
- Prior consulting or professional services delivery experience.
- Experience prototyping with LLM providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI, vector databases, or agent orchestration frameworks outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds, such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-Channel.
- Experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony platforms.
- Experience writing, testing, and deploying AWS Lambda functions.
- Proficiency using Claude Code or similar AI coding agents.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and enhance Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations for customer-facing and internal experiences.
- Prototype and evaluate AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce stack for client strategic initiatives.
- Design and build scalable, secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns.
- Work with unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes.
- Engage with customers to define requirements and propose and deliver complex, often ambiguous solutions involving Salesforce and adjacent AI technologies.
- Develop with the Lightning Framework (LWCs), Apex, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with project teams to turn exploratory and strategic requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, platform best practices, and the broader AI landscape.
- Acquire and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications aligned with career development goals.
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
- Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture in Salesforce and AI communities and help cultivate a successful and enjoyable company culture.
- Use current AI tools and development assistants to improve build efficiency and speed.
