About The Position

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is hiring a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery to manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects, particularly those using NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on project management and functional leadership: shaping the overall solution, overseeing day-to-day delivery, and managing customer relationships. The successful candidate will be confident with critical customer stakeholders, analytically minded, consultative, comfortable in an agile environment, and experienced with AI tools used in project delivery.

The Functional Lead serves as a customer thought leader, helps define use cases and business outcomes, and manages the transition from sales into delivery. They oversee project financials, scope, schedule, delivery-team work, and stakeholder communications, and document and report measured outcomes before project closeout. The role also involves staying informed about internal initiatives, products, and solutions to support innovation and efficiency.

The company describes its work as focused on AI, AWS, Salesforce, and Agentforce solutions, including Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect. Work may be remote or based at the Massachusetts headquarters or a regional hub. Certain roles involve anticipated travel of up to 25%.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related business-solution implementations on Salesforce or AWS across all phases of project delivery.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
• Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation and sizing, and SOW or Change Order contracting.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Demonstrated experience writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects, particularly projects using NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators.
• Act as the project’s functional lead, overseeing and shaping the overall solution while managing day-to-day work and customer relationships.
• Guide customers and the NeuraFlash team in defining use cases and business outcomes.
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery by reviewing the SOW and partner-funding purchase orders, defining project roles and responsibilities for kickoff, and facilitating kickoff and client onboarding.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to keep assigned client projects on track.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage operational aspects of the project while building strong customer relationships.
• Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with the customer project manager, project team, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Manage NeuraFlash project team members in delivering the solution.
• Document and report measured outcomes for live solutions before project closeout.
• Stay informed about Agentic Division internal initiatives, products, and solutions to foster innovation and project efficiencies.
