About The Position

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, ensuring milestones and outcomes are met. Develop technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders. Translate complex business and technical objectives into actionable project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies and organizational processes, and maintain delivery momentum. Proactively identify project risks, obstacles, and dependencies, and develop and implement solutions. Maintain disciplined project execution, accountability, and transparent progress reporting. Apply project management methodologies to achieve successful technical and cybersecurity project outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous success delivering complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM initiatives.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies and architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
• High ownership, initiative, and accountability for project results, with sound judgment and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or similar project management certification.
