The Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in designing and executing effective marketing strategies to engage customers across all stages of their journey, driving retention and growth. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Customer Success, and Product to plan and manage campaigns and communication strategies tailored to key customer segments. You’ll also be responsible for developing metrics and evaluation protocols to assess campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing improvements. Success in this position relies on strong interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and drive impactful customer engagement initiatives.
