We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to help shape commercial plans, influence enterprise strategy, and drive growth across key customer partnerships within a fast-paced CPG environment. In this highly visible role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to translate brand priorities into impactful customer strategies and winning execution plans. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, help strengthen customer readiness, and develop scalable tools and frameworks that drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of experience in CPG, retail, customer marketing, category management, or sales planning
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
  • Ability to influence across functions and lead through collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customer sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies
  • Influence brand and marketing initiatives to align with customer needs and opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, identifying opportunities, risks, and marketplace trends
  • Lead communication and coordination across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution
  • Develop compelling sales tools, storytelling, and commercialization support
  • Support innovation summits, line reviews, and strategic customer engagements
  • Build scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve commercial execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive enterprise initiatives and business performance
