About The Position

Chime is hiring a Sr. CRM Operations Manager to transform and scale the Lifecycle Marketing & CRM team’s operations. This strategic individual-contributor role leads important cross-functional CRM initiatives, connecting Lifecycle Marketing, MarTech, Engineering, and other partners to turn complex business needs into scalable systems and processes. The role influences technical roadmaps, improves operational efficiency, and helps create more automated member experiences. It is focused on cross-functional operations and systems rather than daily campaign execution or engineering.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing program management, or marketing technology alignment in complex marketing environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of large cross-functional initiatives, taking ambiguous business problems through planning, implementation, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements for Product, Engineering, and data teams.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including how data infrastructure supports lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience building scalable operating frameworks, including campaign intake, operational governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, resolve competing priorities, and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Process-first, outcomes-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify operational friction, implement sustainable improvements, and measure their impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex, cross-functional CRM programs—including platform migrations, channel integrations, and automation transformations—from discovery through implementation and adoption.
  • Translate lifecycle marketing goals into business requirements, data specifications, and technical priorities for Product, Engineering, and data teams.
  • Improve campaign intake, QA standards, documentation, governance, and prioritization processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Data, and channel owners to improve deliverability, consent management, frequency capping, and messaging quality.
  • Help evolve the CRM ecosystem from manual, campaign-focused workflows toward automated, scalable, and intelligent member journeys.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to resolve dependencies, navigate competing priorities, and drive decisions without direct reporting authority.
  • Establish success metrics and measure how workflow, systems, and governance improvements affect efficiency, execution quality, risk reduction, and business outcomes.

Benefits

  • Eligible full-time employees may receive bonuses and competitive equity.
  • In-office work policy of four days per week in the office and Fridays from home for employees near an office; the company also has a fully remote program.
  • Backup child, elder, and pet care.
  • Subsidized commuter benefits for eligible employees.
  • Comprehensive health, financial, and wellbeing benefits.
  • Generous vacation policy and company-wide paid days off.
  • Paid time off to support local community organizations.
  • Annual wellness stipend for eligible wellness-related expenses.
  • Up to 22 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents.
  • Family planning reimbursement.
