About The Position

The Senior Creator Success Partner (CSP / Coach) is a highly strategic, senior-level, high-touch role responsible for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction for a defined cohort of LTK’s most valuable and complex creator partnerships. This role combines strategic coaching, data-driven insights, and proactive relationship management to help creators grow their businesses and deepen their partnership with LTK.The role also defines, scales, and continuously raises the standard of creator coaching across Account Executives and other creator-facing teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to creators, collaborating closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class creator experience for long-term success. This role requires strong executive presence, sound judgment, the ability to draw on prior creator and agency relationships and experiences to make informed decisions, and a proven ability to build trust and durable partnerships. Key measures of success: creator revenue growth, creator satisfaction, platform adoption, platform loyalty and retention within assigned segments, and measurable impact on team-wide coaching quality and creator outcomes at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the Creator Commerce industry with an emphasis on Creator/Influencer Management, Coaching, or a related client-facing role, ideally within an online marketplace or platform
• Demonstrated success coaching senior stakeholders (e.g., founders, creators, executives) using data and insights to drive meaningful behavior change and revenue outcomes.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed growth, retention, and revenue targets across a portfolio of accounts or creators.
• Strong executive presence and storytelling skills—comfortable leading strategic conversations, delivering decks, and presenting to top-tier talent in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to quickly synthesize complex data and translate it into clear, coaching unlocks and actionable next steps for creators
• High degree of ownership, organization, and follow-through, with experience managing a book of business and prioritizing across many relationships, initiatives, and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, including cross-functional work to resolve complex issues.
• Experience with CRM and enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar), analytics dashboards, presentation tools (Google Slides, etc.) and AI (Glean, etc).
• Track record of operating independently, exercising strong judgment, and leading through ambiguity in evolving environments.
• Ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams and drive alignment around creator strategy.
• Established experience leveraging prior relationships with creators, agencies, and key stakeholders to inform judgment, accelerate context, and strengthen strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to build trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships through strong relationship management with creators and agencies.
• Experience serving as a senior point of contact for escalated, sensitive, or high-stakes creator relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience working with top-tier creators or talent (e.g., key accounts, VIP/enterprise clients) in a coaching, consulting, or strategic account role.
• Background building or scaling educational programs (webinars, office hours, curriculum, certifications) for external customers or partners.
• Familiarity with the creator economy, social platforms, and affiliate/commission-based revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value creators (e.g., Top 50 / Diamond, upper-tier, or other highly strategic creators) and act as their senior strategic advisor.
• Deliver high-quality coaching that engages and educates creators, increases performance, and drives incremental revenue across their LTK business.
• Develop deep, long-term relationships through consistent, value-added communication tailored to each creator’s preferences, business maturity, and growth goals.
• Partner with creators to define goals, identify opportunities, and co-create strategic plans that align with their brand, audience, and revenue targets.
• Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities; intervene early when performance declines or splitting occurs with clear talk tracks, action plans, and follow-through.
• Lead the most nuanced, high-visibility creator situations with confidence, including business risk, performance shifts, and cross-functional escalations.
• Leverage AI tools, including Glean, to build scalable agents and coaching plans for AEs, analyze performance and workflow data, and surface actionable insights that improve seller effectiveness and decision-making.
• Monitor daily and weekly performance across key metrics (earnings, traffic sources, retailer mix, conversion, ranking, collab volume, etc.) for your creator cohort.
• Establish and track KPIs for each creator along the path to success, ensuring clear visibility into what good looks like at each stage of the journey.
• Lead or co-host 1:1 meetings with monthly performance check-ins, QBRs, and end-of-year recaps to tell a compelling performance story and align creators on the strategies that will grow their LTK business.
• Identify patterns across your portfolio and translate them into scalable playbooks and best practices for internal and external use.
• Synthesize creator, retailer, and performance signals into strategic recommendations that influence segment strategy, creator prioritization, and coaching investments.
• Design and deliver a blended learning experience for this cohort of creators, including 1:1 sessions, virtual sessions, webinars, office hours, self-paced resources, and event-based programming, including marquee creator experiences such as LTK Con, Platinum Summit, and other key field and virtual events.
• Build or adapt templates, talk tracks, and content (e.g., coaching decks, New Year planning resources, Holiday strategy decks) that AEs and broader teams can use with upper-segment creators at scale.
• Maintain and continuously improve a Creator Resource / Coaching Hub, capturing the latest strategies, slides, talk tracks, and examples informed by live creator feedback and results.
• Meaningfully shape senior-level programming for top creators, ensuring content is strategic, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure aligned creator strategy, unified communication, and clear division of responsibilities between AE and Coach / CSP roles.
• Collaborate with Product, Insights & Analytics, Support, and Brand Partnerships to escalate creator needs, remove blockers, and close feedback loops.
• Represent the voice of your creator segment in internal forums, highlighting trends, pain points, and opportunities to refine LTK’s product, programs, and policies.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives (summits, webinars, campaigns, pilot programs) that deepen creator engagement and demonstrate LTK’s long-term partnership value.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Brand, Support and more through data-backed recommendations and creator insight, helping shape decisions that improve the creator experience and business outcomes.
• Codify what works into repeatable playbooks, certifications, and enablement for AEs and other internal partners.
• Track and document all key creator interactions, decisions, and outcomes in agreed systems, maintaining a reliable source of truth for the broader team.
• Identify gaps in process, tooling, and creator support, and proactively design more scalable, effective ways of working.
• Mentor peers and help elevate the quality of creator coaching across the team through examples, feedback, and shared best practices.
