The Sr. CPG Package Designer will shape the design direction of the Snacks portfolio (Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Late July, etc.), translate strategic objectives into compelling design solutions, develop original concepts, and guide projects from ideation to completion, creating impactful packaging and brand experiences that resonate with consumers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand and packaging design, preferably in consumer goods
  • Package design experience with CPG/FMCG brands is required
  • Portfolio link MUST be included in application and/or resume to be considered
  • Strong design strategy and execution skills—balancing creative vision with business objectives
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools
  • Experience in artwork production & pre-press for high-quality output across formats
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design rationale
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a design or creative agency strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of commercialization processes and participation in cross-functional meetings

  • Brand & Packaging Expertise: Craft exceptional packaging designs and visual identities that reinforce brand equity and stand out at retail
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, innovation, and commercialization teams to bring designs to market effectively
  • Design Presentations: Create and present compelling design decks that showcase strategic thinking
  • Market & Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging design techniques
  • Technical Execution: Work closely with production teams to ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints
