About The Position

This role is responsible for the visual expression of Seekr's brand and product story across various mediums including campaign creative, event collateral, product diagrams, long-form content, and website visual language. The position is part of the Creative & Production function, reporting to the Director, Creative & Production, and collaborating closely with the Senior Manager, Brand & Creative. Key partnerships include Technical Product Marketing for product visualization, Demand Generation for campaign creative, PR & Communications for earned content design, and Web & Digital for web visual standards. This is a senior individual contributor (IC) role that requires a generalist with strong skills in graphic/brand design (collateral, decks, social, campaign creative) and digital/web design (landing pages, web UI, conversion surfaces). While motion and video design are not core requirements, comfort with them is a plus. The role involves contributing supporting design elements for video content without needing to be a specialist. As the creative function scales, this role may form the foundation of a small in-house design team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in design at a B2B technology company.
  • At least three years of experience owning brand and campaign design end-to-end.
  • Strong portfolio across digital, print, presentation, and product visualization.
  • Mastery of Figma, the Adobe suite, and presentation design tools.
  • Ability to design technical content creatively and credibly, including architecture diagrams, system flows, and data visualizations.
  • Demonstrated practice using AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, runway, or similar) with a clear point of view on their application.
  • Comfort working in a small marketing team where the designer ships finished work.
  • Strong written communication skills for briefing, explaining, defending, and revising work.
  • Experience managing creative teams and directing external creative agencies.
  • Demonstrated practice using AI tools in creative workflows (ideation, motion, video, image generation).
  • Comfort with technical AI subject matter to visually communicate Seekr's product without translation.
  • Demonstrated comfort partnering across product marketing, demand generation, PR, field marketing, and web disciplines.
  • Active or eligible for U.S. security clearance (a plus but not required).

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort with motion and video design is a plus, not a gate.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve Seekr's brand visual identity, using the brand system as a tool, not a constraint.
  • Design campaign creative against briefs from Demand Generation and Technical Product Marketing.
  • Design long-form content such as white papers, solution briefs, and reports.
  • Visualize technical product concepts in partnership with Technical Product Marketing and engineering.
  • Design event collateral, including booth graphics, banners, swag, and signage, in partnership with the GTM Team.
  • Maintain presentation templates and design master decks for customer- and prospect-facing use.
  • Direct external creative resources where applicable.
  • Utilize AI tools for design power tasks like ideation, image generation, variant production, and copy-on-design iteration, setting the standard for quality and brand alignment.
  • Maintain brand taste, intent, and craft, distinguishing between innovative AI applications and low-quality output.
  • Ship finished design work, not just concepts, within a small marketing team.
