The Sr Coordinator, Licensing Operations, will provide day-to-day support to the Director of Licensing Operations by assisting with licensing reporting, presentations, and process documentation. This role will help ensure smooth communication across cross-functional teams and contribute to the licensing organization’s overall efficiency, driving growth and brand relevance for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in licensing while gaining broad exposure to the fashion/retail industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Licensing, Buying, Planning, Strategy Consulting, or related retail/fashion functions
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Comfortable working with new or ambiguous topics
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in the retail/fashion industry

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of leadership presentations, including onboarding decks, monthly updates, and business overviews
  • Compile, update, and distribute recurring sales reports
  • Track and synthesize distribution and door counts across licensees and markets
  • Schedule Monthly Business Reviews with external partners
  • Maintain and update reporting tools and process documentation, including strategic trackers and calendars
  • Coordinate monthly or quarterly store visits and prepare follow-up summaries
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of the annual licensing summit, including agenda development, partner coordination, and event logistics
  • Assist in building business cases with Wholesale, Finance, and Strategy teams to inform key decisions
  • Drive and execute ad hoc projects from inception to completion, taking ownership or providing support to the Director of Licensing Operations as needed
