About The Position

This is a full-time position that will manage and provide administrative support to the Board’s Apprentice licensing program. The role involves organizing, directing, and updating the Board’s digital records management system. Additionally, it includes managing and auditing licensee compliance with the Board’s Continuing Education requirements, and managing the Board’s complaint and compliance operation. This position is hybrid telework (20%) eligible after a probationary period.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • Two years of administrative staff or professional work
  • Possession of a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience providing excellent customer service while working courteously and patiently with the public
