About The Position

Felix is a digital healthcare company founded in 2019 that provides online treatment, prescription delivery, and ongoing care to Canadians. The Senior Content Designer will help shape communications with patients throughout their healthcare journey as a member of Felix’s R&D organization. Working with product managers, designers, lifecycle marketers, and clinical and marketing teams, the role turns complex healthcare information into clear, approachable language and creates a cohesive story across product experiences and patient communications. This is a hands-on role combining content strategy with substantial writing and editing. The Senior Content Designer will develop and test messaging, write across product and communication channels, apply and evolve the Felix voice, and take work from concept through review, delivery, and iteration. As Felix’s first content design hire, this person will also build the practice from the ground up, developing practical guidelines, tools, processes, and AI-powered approaches to help teams create high-quality, on-brand content at scale.
