Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years of consulting or related experience.
  • Experience engaging directly with clients in a professional capacity.
  • Familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools, psychometric assessments (e.g., DiSC, Hogan, EQ-i), and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Sound problem-solving, needs analysis, and program evaluation skills
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how leadership capability drives organizational performance
  • Passionate developer of people; models the leadership behaviors and mindsets we help clients build
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead portions of projects and manage junior staff.
  • At least one relevant certification.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting needs assessments by interviewing participants and stakeholders to identify development priorities and organizational priorities
  • Supporting client communication and coordination related to leadership program logistics, participant cohorts, and initiative milestones
  • Assist in designing and developing program curricula, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessment debrief reports, and executive-ready presentations
  • Building and managing leadership initiative project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Applies knowledge of adult learning theory, leadership competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies to design impactful development experiences.
  • Performs other duties as requested
