The Senior Consultant, Leadership Development is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of strategies and initiatives related to the development of PCG field leaders. This position is responsible for the development and coaching of PCG field leaders, including ongoing developmental coaching, scenario planning, and targeted events. The role involves collaboration across the organization with various departments and leadership teams to ensure training and development efforts are focused and targeted to aid field leaders in achieving their goals. Additionally, this position will collaborate with USWM and Enterprise learning leaders to ensure consistent messaging and strategy across audiences, as appropriate, and to maximize the use of resources and thought leadership.
