The Senior Consultant, Leadership Development is responsible for the development, implementation and support of strategies and initiatives related to the development of PCG field leaders. This position is responsible for development and coaching of PCG field leaders. This includes certain ongoing developmental coaching, scenario planning, and targeted events. This position will collaborate across the organization and with various departments and leadership teams to ensure training and development efforts are properly focused and targeted to aid our field leaders in achieving their goals. This position will collaborate with USWM and Enterprise learning leaders to ensure consistent messaging and strategy across audiences, as appropriate, and to maximize use of resources and thought leadership.
