The Sr. Consultant, HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership in the Personal Lines organization, driving business outcomes through talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness strategies. As a Sr Consultant, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor to one or more business units, aligning HR solutions with organizational goals driving strategic people, organization, and talent priorities that enable business success. You’ll lead and support complex HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance, foster talent development, and elevate the associate experience. You’ll understand key business strategies, drivers, and goals so you can develop and implement innovative, high-impact solutions that promote a high-performing, inclusive culture. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) and key stakeholders to offer strategic leadership, critical thinking, project management, data analysis, organizational change, and talent development.
