This role blends hands-on HR execution with consultative support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and benefits, helping leaders build strong teams in a highly regulated, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR or related experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience supporting workforce planning, recruitment strategy and employee relations
• Experience maintaining employee data and records in an HRIS
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a “Q” level security clearance

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree or other specialized or technical training
• Experience working in Oracle Fusion, ADP, or similar HR systems
• Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations
• Already possesses a “Q” level security clearance

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with managers and employees to bring HR programs to life
