About The Position

The Sr. Construction Loan Specialist leads complex construction loan setups and budget reviews in Built, oversees and troubleshoots inspection and draw processes, and analyzes and resolves discrepancies in budgets, reports, and documentation. The role also mentors and supports junior team members, drives adoption and optimization of Built among stakeholders, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve loan administration practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
• Ability to review and analyze complex budgets, financial documents, and inspection reports.
• Sound judgment and excellent independent decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• High accuracy in reviewing documents and managing financial transactions.
• Ability to promptly identify and resolve discrepancies or issues to maintain the integrity of the loan process.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction lending and all aspects of loans and lending.
